SLA ensures each and every trainee who is enrolled for Dot net & Hardware Networking training will be placed as per their attitude, aptitude, technical and communication skills. Those who are in proper contact with the placement team will be placed as soon as possible. Placement team has divided the entire trainees in 3 different colors and priority. Priority 1which comes under Green color who are good in their attitude, communication and technical skills. Priority 2comes under Orange color who are good in their attitude and technical skills and average in communication. Priority 3comes under Red color who are below average in attitude, communication and technical skills. Candidates who are under Priority 2 and 3 will be trained and they will be taken extra care in order to move them to the Priority 1 level. If the candidates cooperate with the training and placement team, it will be very easy for them to get placed soon.

DotNet Career Path

SLA Trainees who got trained in Dot net has been placed in different companies in Dot net platform. The reason for candidates got selected soon is, candidates has followed the golden rules of placement, which is RPP (Regular, Punctual and Practice). Also candidates have taken a great effort to clear aptitude round, technical face to face and practical round. SLA Dot net trainees has got placed in various designations like Trainee – Programmer, Software Trainee, Software Developer, Dot Net developer. Designations changes from one company to other company. Also Dot Net has wide openings in all the industries. Candidates should not confuse about the industries where they are getting placed, they should concentrate on the profile in which they are working. In order to clear the Dot net Interview, candidates should be skilled on Aptitude, written technical, technical face to face, programming round and personal HR. Do concentrate and prepare well for the interview.

Hardware Networking Career Path for (A+, N+, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE & MCITP)

SLA Trainees have been placed on various profiles in the field of pure Hardware Networking. The various profiles are as follows:

  • Service / Field Engineers.
  • Technical Support Engineers (Voice).
  • Technical Support Engineers (Non – Voice).
  • Desktop Support Engineers / Site Engineers.
  • System Admin.
  • Network Engineer Trainee.

Service / Field Engineers

Candidates who are getting a career as Service / Field Engineers they have a very fast and drastic growth when they move to one company to another company after 6 months. They will gain more experience than the Desktop Support Engineers because in Service / Field Engineers every day they will be troubleshooting various issues in the client places. They gain 2 different skills. One is technical skills and the other is customer handling skills. No company will reject the candidates those who have hand on experience as Service / Field Engineers.

Technical Support Engineers (Voice)

Candidates who are getting a career as Technical Support Engineers (Voice) they will have a steady growth in their career path and fast growth in their salary. For this, candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills. Mostly they will be interacting with foreign customers and they used to handle the issues through phone and they take remote assistance. By this technical support they gain excellent communication skills, technical skills and customer handling skills. At the beginning they will be under Level 1 cadre, after they get 6 months or 1 year they will be promoted to Level 2 cadre with salary hike based on their performance. Then after they will be handling a team as a team leader, then their career path will be as Team Manager – Operations, then after Project Manager and it goes on Vice President – Operations, COO and CEO. Candidates should understand it is not a BPO process. Only candidates who are skilled in Hardware Networking can handle this technical supp ort process.

Technical Support Engineers (Non-Voice)

Candidates who are getting a career as Technical Support Engineers (Non Voice) they will have a steady growth in their career path and fast growth in their salary. For this, candidates should have excellent typing and written verbal skills. Mostly they will be interacting with foreign customers and they used to handle the issues through email, chat support and they take remote assistance. By this technical support they gain excellent communication skills, technical skills and customer handling skills. At the beginning they will be under Level 1 cadre, after they get 6 months or 1 year they will be promoted to Level 2 cadre with salary hike based on their performance. Desktop Support Engineers / Site Engineers

Candidates who are getting a career as Desktop Support Engineers they will have slow and good growth. Candidates have to be very patience to get into the next level. They will be deployed in particular company or in the client place and they have to troubleshoot the daily issues raised by the employees of the company. If the candidates performance is up to the mark and if the client got satisfied, then they will be promoted to System Admin level and they will be taking care of Servers and they will be handling lot of issues with the server. They can move to IT Manager level in another 5 or 6 years time. For this they should be strong in basic troubleshooting levels.

System Admin

Candidates who are getting their career as System Admin they will get more experience on Server side and they will be handling DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, file transferring from Server to client machines and they will be dealing with all MCSA concepts. They have steady growth and they can easily become Senior System Admin, IT Manager and so on. They will be getting a chance to work on site projects.

Network Engineer Trainee

Candidates who are getting their career as Network Engineer Trainee they will be handling router configuration and all CCNA concepts. They have a rapid growth and they can become Network Engineer, Senior Network Engineer, and Network Administrator and so on. They will be getting a chance to work on site projects after 5 or 6 years in the networking field.

Candidates should understand that there is a vast career path in Hardware & Networking in various profiles as mentioned above. If candidates would like to attain this entire path, they should be good in their attitude, communication and technical skills. Also candidates should know there are vast openings in various industries; most of our alumni have got excellent career when they got experienced. For a candidate to get experienced in their same field, they have to be stable in a company minimum of 2 years. That is the reason for the companies asking bond for 2 years. Their stability decides how much they learn and take care of their career. Mostly candidates who are stable and technically skilled get a chance to work on-site projects.
